摘    要:该文以遵义医学院食品营养学课程改革为例,探讨了为突出“医学特色”进行专业课程教学改革的必要性,提出了具体内容及实施方案,并对改革效果进行了考察。

Highlighting the Medical Characteristic and Conducting Exploration of the Reform in Professional Courses of Food Quality and Safety

Abstract:This paper,taking food nutrition of Zunyi Medical College as an example,discusses the necessity of reform to highlight the"medical characteristic". And the concrete contents and implementation suggestion is put forward ,while the effect of this teaching reform of this course is also predicted.
