| 摘 要： | 在新形势下，剖析阜阳市美好乡村建设背景下农村土地流转，将对安徽省其他地市起到示范性的带动作用。在文献综述基础上，介绍了阜阳市美好乡村建设与农村土地流转现状，剖析了制约二者发展的主要因素，提出了有针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | In the new situation,analysis of Fuyang’s rural land circulation in perspective of beautiful village construction,it has aleading and demonstrating function in Anhui province. On the basis of literature re-view,this article expounds the present situation of rural land circulation and beautiful village construction in Fuyang city,analyzes the main restrictive factor for the development of both and suggests that finally countermeasure having pertinency. |
