锦鲤维氏气单胞菌感染症及其病原生物学特性研究

摘    要:目的]报道锦鲤的发病情况及其病原的主要生物学性状。方法]对5尾发病及新鲜病死的锦鲤病变组织进行细菌检查及分离,对分离菌进行形态特征、理化特性等表观分类学指征鉴定;同时择代表菌株进行16S rRNA基因的分子鉴定、健康锦鲤的人工感染试验和药敏试验。结果]根据2株分离菌的形态特征及理化特性,结合16S rRNA序列测定与系统发育分析结果,判定其为气单胞菌属的维氏气单胞菌,其代表菌株HC050630A-1的16S rRNA基因序列长度为1457bp。人工感染试验表明,HC050630A-1株具有较强的致病作用。药敏试验结果显示,HC050630A-1菌株对供试37种抗菌药物中的头孢拉定等16种高度敏感,对头孢唑啉等13种敏感,对青霉素G等8种药物耐药。结论]该研究为对该病的有效检验与防制等提供参考。

Abstract:Objective] This study was to report the diseased situation of Cyprinus carpio L.and the main biological characteristic of its pathogen.Method] The pathogenic bacteria from tissues of five diseased or dead C.carpio were examined and isolated,and the identification of phenotypic information of isolates was conducted,including the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics.The representative strains were selected to make the molecular identification of 16S rRNA gene,the artificial infection test and antibiotic sensitivity test.Result] According to the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics of 2 isolates,combined with the results of 16S rRNA gene sequence and phylogenetic analyses it was found that 2 isolates were belonged to Aeromonas veronii and the sequenced length of 16S rRNA gene of the representative strain HC050630A-1 was 1 457 bp.The artificial infection experiment indicated that the strain HC050630A-1 had strong pathogenicity.The antibiotic sensitivity test using 37 antimicrobial agents showed that the strain HC050630A-1 were high sensitive to 16 agents including cephradine,were sensitive to 13 agents including cefazolin and were resistant to 8 agents including penicillin G.Conclusion] This study provide reference for effective checkout and prevention etc.of the disease of C.carpio.
