摘    要:将28份不同的棉花材料,分别种植于干旱处理、对照(正常浇水)条件下,试验设2次重复.分别于苗期和开花期测定了干旱处理、正常浇水条件下28份棉花材料的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明,干旱处理后,28份棉花材料叶片的SOD,CAT,MDA均发生了变化,经3项生理指标的综合分析并结合28个棉花材料的抗旱性表现,筛选出具有较强抗旱能力的棉花材料为红叶白絮、红叶棉、硕丰1号、新陆早1号;不抗旱的棉花材料有:石阳1号、库车96518和新炮1号.

Abstract:The change law of three physiological and biochemical(SOD,CAT and MDA) indexes of 28 cotton varieties planted under drougt stress was investigated in seedling stage and florescence.The results suggested that the SOD,CAT and MDA of 28 cotton varieties leaves all were changed unded the drought stress.Some fine cotton varieties with strong drought resistance were screened and selected such as Hongyehaixu,Hongyemian,Shuofeng No.1,Xinluzao No.1,Zhang-R 2007.But some cotton varieties had no drought resistance suc...
