几种山楂种子的快速萌发研究

摘    要:为了寻找适宜山楂种子快速萌发的措施,对11个种(品种)山楂种子分别采取干湿交替、浓硫酸浸泡及两种处理相结合3种方法,致使种壳开裂或裂缝后,然后在恒温及变温条件下沙藏3~4个月,播种后检查发芽率.结果表明,各种山楂种子发芽率的差异与种子的千粒重、种壳厚度、处理方法、低温方式等密切相关.根据千粒重、种壳厚度相似性进行归类研究得出,大粒型种子适宜采用干湿交替或浓硫酸处理、变温沙藏;中、小粒型种子适宜采用干湿交替、恒温沙藏;未处理种子适宜采用变温沙藏.

Abstract:Grafting is a main method for hawthorn propagation. The stocks are gained from seeding mainly. But, the seed germination usually needs two years. The effects of cracking seed coat by soaking in 98% sulphuric acid, drying alternating with socking water and combining socking sulphuric acid, with drying and socking, Then storage seeds at stable or changeable low temperature with wet sand on seed germination of 11 kinds of hawthorn were investigated. The results showed that the percentage of germination was relative to the weight of 1000 seeds and thickness of seed coat and means of treatment and storage ways at low temperature. 11 species of hawthorn were classified according to similarity of the weight of 1000 seeds and thickness of seed coat. For the higher percentage of germination, it could be inferred that the bigger size seeds were suitable to be preserved in the sand at changeable low temperature after they were treated by drying alternated with socking water or socking in 98% sulphuric acid; the medium and smaller size seeds were suitable to be preserved in the sand at stable temperature after drying alternated with socking water; and all untreated seeds were suitable to be preserved in the sand at changeable low temperature.
