| 摘 要： | 我国玉米种质资源储备不足、种质创新缺乏动力,制约玉米产业的发展。对当前种质创新技术、机制及法规体系方面存在的问题及影响进行分析,并对种质资源创新方法、提高国家在玉米种质资源创新研究的投入效率以及对创新种质的有效保护提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The shortage of maize germplasm resources reserve, maize germplasm innovation weak restricting development of the industry. In this paper, the current germplasm innovation in technology, laws and regulations that existed in problems and the impact of these problems were analyzed, and on the germplasm resources innovative ways, how to improve maize germplasm resources of countries in the investment efficiency of innovation research as well as the effective protection of innovation germplasm were discussed. |
