| Abstract: | Nicotine is one of the important tobacco alkaloids , and its content directly affect tobacco's quality and safety. The relationship between nicotine and smoking health was outlined , and the research results were summarized including the genetic breeding , the agricultural operation and the nicotine reduction technology of modulation baking etc. |
