| 摘 要： | 为了探究高粱泡无性扦插繁殖的最优方法,采用正交试验法,选取植物生长调节剂、扦插基质、插穗类型和处理时间等为影响因子,开展高粱泡扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:在湖南地区高粱泡只适合在冬季(11月至翌年1月)扦插,其他季节几乎全部死亡;插穗类型对高粱泡生根质量的影响达到显著水平(P0.05),生根粉(ABT)对高粱泡成苗率具有明显促进作用;从总的生根质量来看,当ABT浓度为300 mg/L、插穗为带叶茎段、扦插基质为生黄泥、处理时间为6 h时,高粱泡的生根效果最好。

| Abstract: | in order to explore the optimal method of asexual cutting propagation of Rubus lambertianus Ser., two hormones ABT and 6-ba were selected as the control group, and orthogonal experiment was used to study.
