| 摘 要： | 为解决无菌环境下白及(Biltilla striata)育苗成本高的问题及提高云南地区优质白及的生产效率,在有菌的环境下进行白及种子育苗,实现白及高效育苗、规模化生产,有利于保护白及野生资源;且种子苗移栽后能快速适应自然环境,方便简单,大大降低了育苗的成本,推广价值高。本文总结了云南地区白及种子直播育苗技术,包括种子采收、育苗基质配制及苗床整理、种子直播、播种后管理、生产田整理、移栽等方面内容,以期为种植户提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of high breeding cost of Bletilla striata in a sterile environment and improve the production efficiency of high-quality Bletilla striata in the southwest subtropical region, this study naturally cultivated Bletilla striata in a bacterial environment to achieve large-scale production of Bletilla striata and efficient seedling cultivation, which is beneficial Protect the wild resources of Bletilla striata, reduce the damage to natural resources, after transplanting, make Bletilla striata quickly adapt to the natural environment, with low cost, high value-added rate, convenience and simplicity, greatly reducing the cost of raising seedlings, and high promotion value. This research includes the following steps: configuration of seedling substrate, seedbed arrangement, seed live broadcast, management after sowing, production field arrangement, and transplanting. |
