意大利蝗卵的抗寒能力和含水量的季节变化

摘    要:为明确意大利蝗Calliptamus italicus的抗寒能力和含水量的季节变化,于2013—2014年系统调查意大利蝗不同时间所产卵的过冷却点、游离水含量、结合水含量及总含水量的季节变化,并探讨蝗卵的抗寒性与其含水量、地温之间的关系。结果显示,自然条件下,意大利蝗的早中期卵(7月27日—8月28日所产卵)在9—10月完成吸水,而晚期卵(9月4日所产卵)则在12月之前完成吸水,其含水量维持在60.00%~65.00%之间。意大利蝗卵仅在较冷的1—2月会增加其结合水含量,而减少其游离水含量和总含水量;在8—11月越冬前增加其在-30.00~-25.00℃区间的分布比例,而减少-10.00~0℃区间的分布比例;11月—次年2月进入越冬期和次年3月和4月的滞育后期则表现相反趋势。

Abstract:The seasonal variance in cold hardiness and water content of Calliptamus italicus eggs oviposited in different seasons was systematically investigated,and the relationships between cold hardiness,water content of eggs and ground temperature were discussed.The results showed that the C.italicus eggs laid from July 27 th to August 28 th absorbed water in September—October,while the eggs laid on September 4 th absorbed water before December.Their water contents maintained between 60.00%and 65.00%under natural conditions.Wintering strategy of C.italicus eggs showed significant decrease in the free and total water contents,while their bond water content increased significantly during January—February(the coldest months in solar terms).Before overwintering(August to November),the distribution of egg numbers in supercooling point increased in the range of-30.00 to-25.00℃,but decreased the distribution in the range of-10.00 to 0℃.The overwintering period(November to February of the following year)and post-diapause period(March and April of the following year)exhibited the opposite trend.
