19份华北型黄瓜新品种主要农艺性状主成分析和聚类分析

摘    要:为了更好挖掘利用华北型黄瓜种质资源,本研究对19份黄瓜品种的5个主要农艺性状进行主成成分和聚类分析。结果表明:不同华北型黄瓜品种农艺性状的变异系数差异较大,均大于10%,各农艺性状变异系数由大到小排列为:667m2产量>坐果节>茎粗>节间长>株高。相关性结果表明产量与株高、坐果节位显著负相关。5个农艺性状可转化为3个主成分,其中特征值前3个主成分累计贡献率为82.718%,能较好代替5个农艺性状来评价19份华北型黄瓜品种。19份材料在欧式距离为10时可分为4类,Ⅰ类为产量较高、品种高度适中、节间短、坐果节位低,可作为三亚种植的备选品种;Ⅱ类产量中等、株高适中,坐果节位低;Ⅲ类茎较为粗大、坐果节位低,植株较矮,产量高,可优先作为海南三亚种植推广的品种;Ⅳ类植株高、产量低不适海南三亚合种植。

Main Agronomic Traits of 19 new cultivars of North China Type Cucumber: Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis
Abstract:In order to maximize the value of the North China type cucumber germplasm, principle component analysis and cluster analysis of 5 main agronomic traits among 19 cucumber cultivars were conducted in this study. Result shows that the main agronomic traits of these cucumber cultivars have relatively high coefficient of variation, which is above 10%. Based on this, from large to small, agronomic traits can be ranged as follows: yield (per 667m2)>stem diameter>number of nodes>internode length>plant height. Correlation analysis among these traits indicates that there is significant negative correlation between the yield, height and stem diameter. The main 5 agronomic traits can be transferred into 3 principle components with the accumulation contribution rate of 82.718%. Therefore, these 3 principle components can be used to analyze those 19 cultivars of North China type cucumbers. When using Euclidean distances degree as 10, 19 cucumber cultivars can be divided into 4 types: in type I, the cultivars have relatively high yield, moderate plant height, shorter internodes areas length and lower nodes and can be considered for Sanya cucumber production; for type II, moderate yield and plant height, and also lower nodes were observed; cucumber cultivars in type III have relatively thicker stem, lower nodes, high yield and lower plant height, therefore suit for the cucumber production in Sanya; cultivars in type IV have high plant height and low yield and thus are not recommend for Sanya.
