摘    要:为了解西藏不同类型生态环境中不同青稞的品质差异性,在5个不同生态环境中进行6种青稞品种的种植试验,并对青稞中的营养成分以及特色有效成分(总黄酮、花青素、β-葡聚糖)等指标进行分析,明确其在不同类型生态环境中的差异。结果表明,青稞粗淀粉、粗蛋白、粗纤维、β-葡聚糖、总黄酮、花青素等不同营养成分在不同的生态区域存在显著性差异(P <0.05);Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、P、Mn、Zn等不同矿质元素在不同生态区域之间存在显著性差异(P <0.05)。

Abstract:The purpose of the current research was to understand the differences in grain qualities of hulless barley varieties grown in different ecological environments in Tibet. Six different hulless barley varieties were planted in five different ecological environments,and the nutritional components and characteristic effective components(total flavone, anthocyanin, and β-glucan) of grains of these varieties were determined and analyzed, the differences in their contents in barley varieties planted in different ecological environments were analyzed by the statistical method. The results showed that the hulless barley varieties grown in different ecological areas had significant differences in the contents of the tested nutrients such as crude starch, crude protein, crude fiber, β-glucan, total flavone,and anthocyanin(P < 0.05). Furthermore, there were also significant differences in the contents of mineral elements such as Ca, Cu,Fe, K, Mg, P, Mn, and Zn in the barley varieties grown in different ecological areas(P < 0.05).
