摘    要:为鉴别长江水系与荷兰野生中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis),运用基于地标点法的几何形态测量学方法比较两群体绒螯蟹头胸甲的形态特征差异。结果表明:(1)主成分分析结果显示两群体之间无散点重叠,可以各自形成较为集中的区域;(2)网格变形图显示两群体头胸甲的形态差异主要为额刺和侧刺长度;(3)逐步判别分析中两群体的判别准确率均为100%,综合判别率较高。综上,以头胸甲为研究对象的地标点几何形态测量法可以有效区分长江和荷兰野生中华绒螯蟹。

Abstract:Landmark-based geometric morphometrics analysis was used to compare the morphological characteristics of carapaces o of Eriocheir sinensis to identify different geographical populations of wild species collected from the Yangtze River and the Netherlands.The principal component analysis results showed that wild populations could be divided into two relatively independent groups by the first two principal components.The grad distortion map showed that morphological differences of various populations were mainly manifested in the frontal and lateral spines of carapace.The discriminative accuracy of wild populations in the stepwise discriminant analysis were both 100%.In summary,landmark-based morphometrics analysis is an effective means to distinguish the wild E.sinensis from the Yangtze River and the Netherlands.
