摘    要:以南粳9108为试验材料,设计3个断水时间(齐穗后29、34、39 d)、3个收割日期(齐穗后45、50、55 d),共设置9个处理。结果表明,南粳9108齐穗后39 d左右断水,55 d开始收割,可以保证加工品质、外观品质。说明断水期提前,前期可以促进水稻籽粒灌浆,但最终的收获产量降低;断水过早会造成水稻糙米率降低,而土壤水分充足的情况下,收割日期对糙米率无明显影响。收割日期对垩白粒率、垩白度影响显著,收割过早,垩白粒率、垩白度高,外观品质差。

Abstract:The current study investigated the effects of water cut-off time in the late growth stage and harvesting date of high quality rice on its yield and quality. Taking Nanjing 9108 as the experimental material, a field trial was carried out, which involved three water cut-off times(29, 34, and 39 days after panicle formation) and three harvesting times(45, 50, and 55 days after panicle formation),leading to a total of nine treatments. The results showed that water cut-off in the early stage promoted grain filling, but finally decreased the yield. The early water cut-off time reduced brown rice rate, while harvesting date had no significant effect on brown rice rate when the soil moisture was sufficient. On the other hand, harvesting date had significant effects on chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree;the early harvesting led to a high chalkiness rate and a high chalkiness degree, resulting in poor appearance quality of rice.
