干旱条件下小麦叶面喷施6——BA和KT对小麦子粒品质和产量的影响

摘    要:以抗旱小麦品种晋麦33和干旱敏感小麦品种冀麦38为材料,研究了在干旱条件下,小麦扬花期叶面喷施6-BA和KT(两种细胞分裂素)后的小麦收获品质。实验证明,干旱使两个品种的品质均较正常浇水条件下的小麦品质有所下降。全麦粉蛋白含量、面粉面筋含量和面筋质量下降,脂肪酸值上升。小麦叶面喷施6-BA和KT后,全麦粉中蛋白含量、面粉面筋含量和质量上升,面粉脂肪酸值下降。喷施6-BA和KT后收获的小麦与对照小麦制粉后灰分含量都达到了国家特制一等粉标准。

Abstract:In the experiment, drought-resistant cultivar whea t Jin mai-33 and drought-sensitive cultivar wheat Ji mai-38 were used as mate rials to study the effect of 6-BA and KT(two kinds of cytokinin) on quality of w heat grain under the condition of drought. It is verified that drought made qual ity of the two kinds of wheat decrease compared with the wheat regularly irriga ted including decreasing of content of protein in graham flour, content of gluten and quality of gluten i n flour and increasing of fatty acid value in flour. After having been sprayed l eaves with 6-BA and KT, content of protein in graham flour, content of gluten an d quality of gluten in flour increased and fatty acid value decreased in wheat; content of ash in flour attained criterion of China first grade flour similar to controls.
