正交法优化微波辅助提取废次烟叶中烟碱的工艺

摘    要:以废次烟叶为原料,通过正交试验法优化了微波辅助提取烟碱的工艺。考察了浸泡时间、固液比、微波功率、微波辐射时间对烟碱提取率的影响。结果表明,微波辅助提取烟碱的最佳条件为:微波功率为800W,微波辐射时间为7 min,浸泡时间4 h,固液比为1∶7,在该优化条件下,烟碱提取率为98.68%。

Abstract:Based on the successful experience of foreign free trade zone,comprehensive free trade zone is a development system of bonded place to promote regional economic development. Due to the absence of a unified supervisor at the central level and the shortage of effective regional regulatory approachs,comprehensive conservation areas have experienced supervision malfunction. China''s economic development level and the monitoring situation have set up the reform idea of current supervision mode in the region,that is, a transition to a mixed management model of free trade areas abroad.
