水溶液及红壤提取液中镧的生物毒性研究

摘    要:利用发光细菌法研究了水溶液及红壤提取液中镧的生物毒性。水溶液中镧有较高的生物毒性并随浓度的升高而增强 ,EC50 值为21.1mg·L-1。土壤提取液中的镧有一定的生物毒性 ,并随镧浓度的升高不断增强。随着培养时间的延长 ,土壤提取液中镧的生物毒性逐渐减小。镧在土壤中的生物毒性是直接的

Abstract:The biological toxicity of lanthanum (La) in water solution andextractable solution from red soil both was studied by luminous bacterial method. It has been found that La had strong biological toxicity in water solution, and the toxicity was strengthened with the increasing concentration.EC50 value of La was discovered to be 21.1 mg.L-1. La had biological toxicity in soil extractable solution and the toxicity was strengthened with increasing concentration. When incubation time was prolonged, the biological toxicity of La in soil extractable solution had a tendency to decrease. The biological toxicity of La to soil was direct.
