摘    要:分别以雪埋法、沙混埋藏法、温水浸种法处理同一批种子,对其发芽率进行方差分析发现,3种方法在影响发芽率上差异显著,雪埋法最好,沙混埋藏法次之,温水浸种法最差。但在实际应用上应推广沙混埋藏法。

Abstract:Snow-buried,sand-mixed-buried,warm-water soaking method were respectively treated on same seeds whose germination rate were conducted variance analysis;it found that these three methods significantly affected germination rate;snow-buried method is optimal;sand-mixed-buried method is the second;warm-water soaking method is the worst.But sand-mixed-buried method should be promoted in actual applications.
