| 摘 要： | 引入林农意愿因素构建国有林区生态补偿价值评估指标体系,应用AHP法构建了评价指标体系的层次结构模型,确定了各具体指标的权重。一致性检验结果表明:各指标的权重合理。进一步构建了国有林区生态补偿价值模糊综合评价模型;以大兴安岭国有林区为例,应用以模型评估了国有林区生态价值补偿的有效性,认为大兴安岭国有林区生态价值补偿有效性有待提高,只有充分重视林农的意愿才能充分发挥生态资源的优势。
