药剂浸泡种茎对布朗山区木薯地下害虫的防效评价

摘    要:为了有效防控云南布朗山区木薯重要地下害虫的发生与危害,本试验针对性地开展种茎无害化药剂处理的防效评价研究。结果表明:选用环保型杀虫剂48%乐斯本乳油1 000倍液和1.8%阿维菌素乳油2 000倍液的1∶1混合液浸泡木薯种茎5和10 min后种植效果最好,平均出苗率分别由无任何处理对照的62.5%及清水对照的75.0%和75.6%显著提高到96.5%和97.0%,平均虫害率分别由无任何处理对照的56.8%及清水对照的45.0%和44.8%显著下降到6.3%和5.5%,平均产量分别由无任何处理对照的1 112.5 kg/667 m2及清水对照的1376.5和1 393.3 kg/667 m2显著提高到2 113.3和2 135.2 kg/667 m2。此结果说明,种茎无害化药剂处理不仅可显著降低虫害率,而且可显著提高出苗率和产量。

Abstract:To effectively control cassava important soil insect pests in Bulang mountain area of Yunnan province, control effect of soaking the stems with harmless insecticides on cassava soil insect pests was conducted. The results showed that, soaking the stems with the water mixture of 48% chlorpyrifos EC 1000 times and 1.8% abamectin EC 2000 times for 5 min and 10 min were the most effective for cassava planting. the average germination rates significantly increased to 96.5% and 97.0% from 62.5%of non-treatment and 75.0% and 75.6% of water treatments, respectively; the average pest rates significantly decreased to 6.3% and 5.5% from 56.8% of non-treatment and 45.0% and 44.8% of water treatments, respectively; the average yields significantly increased to 2113.3 kg/667 m2 and 2135.2 kg/667 m2 from 1112.5 kg/667 m2 of non-treatment and 1376.5 kg/667 m2 and 1393.3 kg/667 m2 of water treatments, respectively. The results above indicated that soaking stems would not noly significantly decrease the pest rate, but also significantly increase the germination rate and yield, which will support the steady and sustainable development of cassava industry in Bulang mountain area of Yunnan province.
