| Abstract: | Use Eipremmum aureum leaves,stem segments with node as explants for tissue culture,successful regeneration and establish of rapid asexual reproduction system.The results showed that the optimum callus induction explants is leaf ,and the optimum medium callus induction is MS +6 - BA 2.0 + NAA 0.5 + 2,4 - D 0.5 mg / L.Optimal proliferation medium is MS + 6 - BA 2.0 + NAA 0.5 mg / L;by rooting and water culture these 2 methods to transplant scindapsus aureus,rooting medium is 1/2 MS + NAA 0.1 mg / L. |
