抗小鹅瘟病毒单克隆抗体及其在防治上的初步应用

摘    要:用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术获得了7株能稳定分泌抗小鹅瘟病毒(GPV)单克隆抗体(MAb)的杂交瘤细胞系,并对其部分免疫生物学特性进行了测定。这些单抗不仅特异性强,而且反应效价高,其中以GD_4和GD_6单抗的反应滴度最高,ELASA效价前者为10~(-6),后者为10~(-5).同时对GPV均具有中和能力和凝聚能力。用GD_4单抗进行小规模现场防治试验,对小鹅瘟有较好的预防和治疗效果。

Abstract:A panel of hybridoma cell lines, seereting spccific antibodies to goose parvovirus (GPV), were established and partially characterized. They reacted with only GPV, but not with other spccies like CPV, FPV and PPV in parvovirus, and other unrelated avian virus, such as NDV, IBDV, DHV and DPV, in indirect ELISA. The results of virus neutralization test in goose's embryo and virus-pricipition (agar diffusion)test proved that the infeetivity of GPV could be neutralized and aggregated by both the MAb GD_4 and GD_6. A1though MAb GD_6 had a higher aggregation titer to GPV, its VN titer was very low. As to MAb GD_4, the titers of the aggregation and neutralization to GPV were all higher than those of GD_6. Morcover, the MAb GD_4was also proved to be effective in prevention and trcatment of gosling Dlague in some cpidcmic field. The res(?)lts showed that MAb GD_4 is useful in preventing goslings from infection of GPV.
