| 摘 要： | ＂金花＂是茯砖的品质特征,部分普洱茶样品也有＂金花＂,但是对普洱茶中＂金花＂微生物研究较少。本文从1个类似＂金花＂的普洱茶样品中,分离出4株真菌,经形态观察和ITS序列同源性搜索比对鉴定为塔宾曲霉（Aspergillus tubingensis）、伞枝犁头霉（Lichtheimia corymbifera）、阿姆斯特丹散囊菌（Eurotium amstelodami）和黑附球菌（Epicoccum nigrum）。在自制的普洱茶砖上接种阿姆斯特丹散囊菌,茶砖表面也长出类似的＂金花＂,表明该普洱茶样品的＂金花＂是阿姆斯特丹散囊菌的闭囊壳。
