普洱茶样中“金花”微生物的分离鉴定

摘    要:"金花"是茯砖的品质特征,部分普洱茶样品也有"金花",但是对普洱茶中"金花"微生物研究较少。本文从1个类似"金花"的普洱茶样品中,分离出4株真菌,经形态观察和ITS序列同源性搜索比对鉴定为塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis)、伞枝犁头霉(Lichtheimia corymbifera)、阿姆斯特丹散囊菌(Eurotium amstelodami)和黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum)。在自制的普洱茶砖上接种阿姆斯特丹散囊菌,茶砖表面也长出类似的"金花",表明该普洱茶样品的"金花"是阿姆斯特丹散囊菌的闭囊壳。
