摘    要:摘要:采用灰化、消化方法对沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia)进行处理,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法对沙枣果实消化液中的Na、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ni、Mn、Cd 9种金属元素的含量进行分析测定。研究确定了测定不同元素时仪器的最佳工作条件、方法的准确性及精密度。结果表明,Ca、Na、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ni、Mn含量分别为137.60、48.25、88.40、4.06、1.87、6.21、2.50和0.02 μg/g,Cd未检出。方法的加标平均回收率在98.5%~105.5%,精密度值在0.54%~1.78%。方法简便快速、结果准确可靠,能达到分析要求。

Abstract:Abstract: After ashing and digesting samples, contents of nine metal elements (Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Ni and Cd) in Elaeagnus angustifolia were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Optimum working conditions, accuracy and precision of the methods for determining different elements were investigated. The results indicated the contents of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Mg, Ni, Ca and Na were 4.06, 6.21, 0.02, 1.87, 88.40, 2.50, 137.60 and 48.25 μg/g with Cd not detected. The recovery percentage of standard addition was between 98.5% and 105.5%, and the relative standard deviation was between 0.54% and 1.78%. In conclusion, the determining method is quick and simple to operate, and it has good precision and accuracy to meet analyzing requirements.
