摘    要:采用完全双列杂交设计,探讨了籼型、偏籼型、粳型水稻的亲和力及遗传特点。结果表明,类型间亲和力的亲子相关均达极显著水平,亚种间杂交表现型差异显著。选择适当的亲本可提高子工亲和力优势,亲和力的遗传力、遗传进度及相关遗传的估算,均为籼型对籼型:籼型对偏籼型>籼型对粳型。籼型与粳相互杂交只有在一般配合力高的籼型亲本与粳型杂交才可能获得高亲和力的后代。但该性状的基因加性作用不如种间杂交,故出现的频率低,广亲

Abstract:A complete diallel cross design was adopted to investigate the affinity between six varieties ofJaponica, indica and indicalinous types of rice (Orayza sativa)and the characteristics of itsinheritance.A highly significant correlation was observed in the affinity between the parents andtheir offsprings and the differences in phenotype between subspecies were significant.Intellisentselection for desirable parents was thought to be effective to improve the affinity of the filiargeneration.The estimates of inheritance of affinity,genetic advance and correlated ihheritance ofindica X indica was greateet,followed in sequence by indica X indicalinous and indica X japonica.Offsprings with hish affinity in crosses of indica and japonica were obtained only when an indicaparent with high general compatibility was involved in the cross,but the additive sene action of thischaracter was smaller than that in interspecific crosses.The two broadly compatible varieties of02428 and CA 529 showed a certain selectivity in their affinity.
