| 摘 要： | 机体免疫系统功能紊乱可引起多种疾病,这些疾病中很大一部分是由于机体长期暴露于环境中的各种污染物所引起的。二噁英是非人为生产,没有任何用途,存在于各种环境介质的一类环境持续污染物,具有致畸性、致癌性、免疫毒性、神经和行为毒性及生殖和发育毒性等,不仅对畜牧业造成巨大的经济损失,对人类的健康也构成严重威胁。该文主要介绍了二噁英对哺乳动物及人类免疫系统在细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫等方面的影响。

| Abstract: | The increase of diseases can be attributable to the turbulence of the immune system function,and this trend could be at least partially bottom of new and modified patterns of exposure to chemicals in environment.Dioxin,a by-product of the modern industry,is a kind of chemical which could heavily pollute the environment.Furthermore,it could cause teratogenesis,carcinogenesis,immunosuppression,neural and behavioral toxicity and reproductive and developmental toxicity.Which not only impact on develpment of animal husbandry,but also threat human's health heavily.The present review described the relation of dioxin and immune response and the immunotoxicity of dioxin in mammals and human.And pointed out that the current dioxin study of the urgent need to resolve some difficult issues. |
