| 摘 要： | 本文从研究经济学服务于茶产业出发，阐述贵州茶业发展的栽培历史、发展现状、发展机遇和有利条件。从技术、市场、茶叶需求、发展战略方面进行认识，分析了贵州茶产业出现的非均衡发展态势，为贵州茶业今后几年拟进行的跨越式发展，寻求科学的理论依据和发展思路：一是需要解决好“三农”问题；二是实行非均衡发展战略；三是以市场为导向。实行茶业产业化经营；四是形成开放系统加速物质、能量和信息交换；五是通过政策调整和制度创新建立有效的运行机制；六是依靠科技。促进茶业可持续发展。
