| 摘 要： | 抗菌肽主要由无脊椎动物、植物和哺乳动物的组织或者细胞产生,其种类较多.相应地,由于其结构和组成的不同导致其作用机制也各不相同.这为研究探讨抗菌肽的作用机理及指导其应用带来了一定的难度.系统介绍了抗菌肽抗菌机制的各种研究方法,旨在为指导新型抗菌肽作用机制的研究及合成提供技术支持.

| Abstract: | Antimicrobial peptides are an abundant and diverse group of molecules that are produced by many tissues and cell types in a variety of invertebrate,plant and animal species.Accordingly,difference of structure and composition led to different mechanism.This brought some difficult to study and discuss their mechanism.In the paper the study methods of antimicrobial mechanism for detecting mechanism and synthesis of novel antimicrobial peptides were introduced. |
