摘    要:为探明韭菜无融合生殖的遗传特性,及其与一籽多胚性状的关系.以9个韭菜品系为试材,鉴定各品系的多胚苗和无融合生殖发生频率;蕾期去雄后用0.6%DMSO和失活花粉进行处理,诱导获得兼性无融合生殖材料.结果表明:通过对多胚苗和无融合生殖材料的继代选择,提高了多胚苗发生频率和无融合生殖的诱导率;2次继代选择后使多胚苗发生率和无融合生殖诱导率稳定在一定水平;与原品系相比,无融合生殖后代的多胚苗发生率有明显提高.可见,多胚苗及无融合生殖的可诱导性是可以遗传的,多胚苗特性与无融合生殖有关.
