烟叶醇化时间与等级对烟草粉螟生长发育的影响

摘    要:通过不同醇化时间与等级的烟叶饲养烟草粉螟试验研究,结果表明:烟草粉螟青欢取食入库醇化时间为1年的烟叶,低龄幼虫喜欢取食品质差的下部烟叶,高龄幼虫喜欢取品质好的中上部烟叶。取食醇化时间为1年烟叶的幼虫发育速率快于取食醇时间为2-3年烟叶的幼虫;醇化时间相同的不同等级烟叶,取食中桔二烟叶(98C2F)的幼虫发育速率快于下桔二烟叶(98X2F)和上桔二烟叶(98B2F)。

Abstract:Feeding Aphestia elutella (Hubner) with tobacco leaves alcoholized for different length of time or of different grades showed that the pest preferred tobacco leaves alcoholized for 1 year; younger instar larvae preferred the tobacco leaves kept at the lower layer, which were of inferior quality; and older instar larvae preferred the tobacco leaves at the middle or upper level, which were of superior quality, Larvae feeding on tobacco 1 ves alcoholized for 1 year developed faster than those feeding on tobacco leaves alcoholized for 2 or 3 years. With the same alcoholization duration, larvae feeding on 98C 2F developed faster than those feeding on 98X 2F or 98B 2F.
