| 摘 要： | 推动全民阅读是图书馆应尽的社会职责,但真正实施起来却有一定难度,需要图书馆建立一个长期有效的全民阅读机制,才能保证读者的阅读权利,享受阅读的快乐,提升国民素养,促进社会文明与进步。文中阐述了全民阅读的重要性、特点及对全民阅读所采取一系列的措施。
