| Abstract: | Agricultural water consumption occupies 70% of the total amount of water use in China. Developing and promoting of agricultural water saving is the key issue for establishment a water saving society, and also is the inherent demand for sustainable use of water resources of the country. Thus, the agricultural and rural water saving works should be improved. It is worthy to set up 10 systems including forecast, water resources security, water supply for city and rural area, water pollution control, flood control, measuring and monitoring, technical dissemination, investment, service for drought resistance, polices and regulations. |
