| 摘 要： | 目的]为了便于集中配种或胚胎移植。方法]采取了三种方法：一次PG改进法、CI-DR＋PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3法、PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3法处理三种不同饲养管理条件下的黄牛,诱导同期发情。结果]表明四次处理的同期发情率分别为100%、100%、98.8%、82.4%,人工授精或胚胎移植受胎率分别为27.3%、80%、76.5%、59.2%。结论]从经济角度表明一次PG改进法、PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3法是比较切合实际,也比较理想的同期发情方法,效果也比较理想。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】In order to facilitate the artificial insemination or embryo transplantation for cattle.【Method】 Three methods were used to induce the estrus synchronization of yellow cattle which were under 3 different kinds of feeding and management conditions ： Improved one PG way,CIDR＋PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3 and PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3.【Result】The results showed that the synchronization rate was 100%,100%,98.8% and 82.4% for the four treatments,the pregnancy rate was 27.3%,80%,76.5% and 59.2% by artificial insemination or embryo transplantation.【Conclusion】In financial terms,improved one PG way and PMSG＋PG＋LHRH-A3 were more practical and ideal ways to induce estrus synchronization and the results were good. |
