仔猪抗E2抗体水平的调查研究

摘    要:【目的】寻找一种更具针对性、更为可靠的仔猪猪瘟抗体水平检测方法。【方法】分别采用间接ELISA、间接血凝试验(IHA),对广西某猪场的90份已超免的不同阶段仔猪血清进行抗猪瘟E2抗体和猪瘟全抗体水平监测。【结果】在间接ELISA试验中,阳性样品数为86份,占总样品比例的95.56%;间接血凝试验结果效价在1:16以上(含1:16)的血清样品为88份,占总样品比例的97.78%,两者差异不显著。【结论】仔猪血清中确实存在具有保护性的抗E2抗体,以间接ELISA检测抗E2抗体来监测猪瘟免疫水平是可行的,这为猪瘟免疫水平的监测提供了一种新方法,也为制定免疫程序提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective]The present experiment was conducted to develop a direct and reliable detection method for classical swine fever (CSF) antibody level of weaned piglets. Method]Ninety serum samples were collected from weaned piglets of different ages from a swine piggery in Guangxi. The piglets were immunized before sucking colostrums. All the samples were monitored for E2 antibody and classical swine fever virus (CSFV) antibody using indirect enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) and indirect hemagglutination (IHA) test. Result]Out of 90 samples, 86, accounting for 95.56% of the total samples, showed positive results to indirect ELISA test. The antibody titer of 88 serum samples was above 1:16 (including 1:16) in IHA test, which accounted for 97.78% of the total samples. Conclusion]The results indicated that the serum of piglets had protective anti-E2 antibody, which was found to be available for monitoring the CSFV immunization level using detection of serum antibody level of piglets using indirect ELISA.
