银杏叶提取物对断奶仔猪血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响

摘    要:【目的】研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对断奶仔猪血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响。【方法】将160头25日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每重复10头。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第2、3、4组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加质量分数0.1%,0.2%和0.3% EGB的试验日粮。试验期为28 d,分别于第14和28天采集血样,测定断奶仔猪血清生化指标和抗氧化功能指标。【结果】与对照组相比,日粮中添加质量分数0.2%,0.3% EGB可显著降低断奶仔猪血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),显著提高血清球蛋白含量(P<0.05);添加质量分数0.1%,0.2% EGB,总体上可显著提高断奶仔猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著降低血清丙二醛和一氧化氮含量(P<0.05)。另外,与对照组相比,日粮中添加EGB使断奶仔猪血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总蛋白含量呈增加趋势,血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量呈降低趋势。【结论】断奶仔猪日粮中添加质量分数0.2% EGB效果最佳,此时EGB可降低断奶仔猪血脂含量,提高血清球蛋白水平和抗氧化能力。

Abstract:【Objective】 An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGB) on serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant function in weaned piglets.【Method】 160 crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire) weaned at the age of 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 4 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate.The first group was the control group and fed a basal diet,while the other three groups were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3% EGB,respectively.The experiment lasted 28 days.On the 14th and 18th day,blood samples were collected and used to determine serum biochemical parameters and antioxidative indices.【Result】 Compared with the control group,adding 0.2% EGB or 0.3% EGB to diets of weaned piglets significantly decreased serum triacylglycerol concentration(P<0.05) and increased serum globulin concentration(P<0.05).In weaned piglets fed diets supplemented with 0.1% or 0.2% EGB,the activities of total superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase and total antioxidative capacity in serum were remarkably elevated(P<0.05) as compared with the control group,whereas the levels of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in serum were notably reduced(P<0.05).Moreover,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and total protein concentrations tended to increase and serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations tended to decrease in weaned piglets fed EGB.【Conclusion】 Adding 0.2% EGB to diets of weaned piglets could decrease serum lipid while increase serum globulin level and antioxidant function.
