摘    要:网格生成是三维紊流数值分析的重要组成部分,其网格质量对数值求解的稳定性及精度至关重要。结构化网格具有节省内存和便于节点编号等优点被广泛使用。对于几何形状复杂的离心泵叶轮通道,用单块结构化网格难以很好地进行描述。采用多块网格技术,根据各块和流场的特点,探讨了离心泵叶轮通道结构化网格划分中的一些处理方法,同时对离心泵叶轮三维紊流场进行了雷诺平均N-S方程的数值模拟,检验了所提的方法。

Abstract:Grid generation plays an important role in numerical analysis of 3D turbulent flow, and the grid quality affects the precision and stability of numerical solution. Structured grids are applied widely due to its lower EMS memory occupation and its convenient grid node coding. It is unfavorable to describe the complicated flow channel in the centrifugal pump impeller by mono-block grid. In this paper, based on the features of every block and flow field, multi-block grid technique is used to discuss some treatment methods for the complicated flow channel of centrifugal pump impeller, and 3D turbulent flow field numerical simulation based on Reynolds-Averaged N-S Equation is carried out for centrifugal pump to verify the method proposed.
