内源激素IAA、ABA对大豆萌发子叶胚性愈伤组织诱导及其分化的调控

摘    要:内源激素ABA、IAA含量的高低影响到不同大豆品种愈伤组织诱导和分化的难易,内源激素IAA含量高,愈伤组织容易诱导;内源激素ABA含量高,愈伤组织却容易分化。在分化培养过程中取不同时期的胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织,测定其ABA、IAA含量,发现胚性愈伤组织的ABA和IAA高于非胚性愈伤组织,并且均在培养的第6天达到最大值。然而,非胚性愈伤组织的ABA/IAA的比值较胚性愈伤组织晚2天达到最大值。

Abstract:The contents of endogenous hormones, IAA and ABA, affected the callus inducing and differenciating. The higher contents of endogenous IAA and ABA were easier to callus inducing and differenciating respectively. While callus differenciating, the results of ABA and IAA showed that the embryogenic callus (EC) were higher than that of non-embryogenic callus (NEC), and reached a peak at the sixth day after culture. Therefore, the ratio of endogenous ABA to IAA in nonembrogenic callus (NEC) was later two days to reach a peak than that of +embryogenic callus (EC)
