| 摘 要： | 故障诊断就是通过对设备运行信息的检测、分析和处理。判别设备的工作状况，分析故障成因，预测劣化趋势。以达到提高设备效率和运行可靠性，防患于未然的目的。为此，比较系统地阐述了故障诊断的过程及其相关应用技术；论述了故障信号采集与处理等环节的主要技术和方法；介绍了故障诊断技术的发展概况；对故障诊断技术的发展趋势进行了探讨。
