| 摘 要： | 以海南地区15份杂交种质和2份野生种质为供试材料,对其白胡椒粉的蛋白质、粗脂肪、胡椒碱、胡椒精油等项目进行测试与分析,基本上摸清了海南胡椒种质资源的品质特性,为我国胡椒品种选育提供了重要的基础数据,为建立我国优质胡椒种质资源提供科学依据。
