| 摘 要： | 采用Waters nova-pak C18色谱柱(3.9 cm×15 cm,5μm),87双波长紫外检测器,以甲醇∶乙腈∶磷酸缓冲液(pH 3.5)=15∶15∶70(体积比)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长210 nm的条件下同时分离测定胡椒叶片中GA3、6-BA植物激素。GA3和6-BA各峰分离效果理想,加标回收率分别为90.80%和88.78%。
