| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校突发公共事件时有发生,建立起一个科学合理的信息服务应急体系是十分必要的。通过分析图书馆在高校突发公共事件中的角色定位,提出了突发公共事件中图书馆信息服务应遵循的原则,以及对高校图书馆信息应急服务机制建设的几点建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, more public emergencies take place in colleges, it is essential to build a scientific and reasonable E- mergency Information Service System. By analyzing the role of college library in the public emergencies, the authors propose the principle that the library＇ s information services in public emergencies and put forward suggestions to the construction of the College Library Information Emergency Service mechanisms. |
