山西省农业气候资源的综合开发与区划

摘    要:山西省农业气候资源呈现多样性、差异性和开发潜力大的特点,为了实现区域农业资源的合理开发和利用,利用山西省109个县市的多年气候资料,根据区域的农作物研究所需的各类农业气候条件,在干燥度指数自然分区的基础上,确定了区域农业气候综合开发和区划的指标,将山西省划分为7个农业气候区,并对各区域的农业发展方向进行分区评述。提出了山西省农业以气候资源利用中存在的问题:(1)复种指数较低,气候资源时间上利用不充分;(2)植被覆盖率过低,光热资源在空间上利用不充分;(3)水土流失面积大,土壤肥力下降;(4)农业生产结构不合理;提了充分利用山地气候资源、实现立体化农业布局和提高区域的植被覆盖率是山西省农业气候资源发展的方向。

Abstract:Agriculture climate resources show the characteristics of diversity, differences and the great potential for development in Shanxi province. In order to realize agriculture climate resources reasonable development and utilization, according to the agriculture climate information of 109 counties and agriculture meteorology condition needed by the regional crops, on the basis of the aridity index, we determined the indexes of the comprehensive development and regional planning of agriculture climate resources. In addition, we divide the whole province into 7 regions for comprehensive development and utilization of agriculture climate resources, and comments on the direction of agriculture development of each region in the future are put forward. And we put forward the problems: (1) Low plots planted indexes, failing to fully exploit the Climate resources of time, (2) Low vegetation cover, failing to fully exploit the solar thermal resources in terms of space, (3) Large areas of soil erosion, declining soil fertility, (4) Agricultural production structure is Unreasonable. Putting forward fully use mountain climate resources, realize three-dimensional layout of agriculture and enhance regional vegetation cover are the direction of the development of agricultural climate resources in Shanxi.
