银耳镰孢穗螨研究初报

摘    要:镰孢穗螨取食银耳菌丝、白毛团和子实体,并传播霉菌,导致银耳产量、质量显著下降。除精氨酸外,被螨危害银耳的16种氨基酸含量均比未受害银耳的明显减少。用塔式分离器从野外收集的银耳栽培袋、棉籽壳和银耳种中分离出腐食酪螨。弗比无爪螨、鳞翅触足螨、唯一跗线螨、镰孢穗螨等8种螨。镰孢穗螨是银耳的主要害螨,来自限耳菌种。

Abstract:The decrement of Tremella fuciformis output and quality was caused by Siteroptes usarii damage through feeding on mycclia, shinokikum and fruitbody. The contents of 16 kinds of amino acid, except argininc of Tremella fuciformis damaged by Siteruptcs fusarii were obviously less than those of undamaged ones. Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), Dlornia freemani (Hughes), Cheletomorpha lepidopterorum (Shaw), Tarsonemus insignis and Siteroptes fusarii were collected from outdoor Tremella fuciformis cultivation bags, cotton hull and Tremella fuciformis spawn with Tullgren separation apparatus in Fujian Province. And it was found that Siteroptes fusarii separated from Tremella fuciformis spawn was the most harmful mite to Tremella fuciformis.
