摘    要:利用琥珀酸酐法对DON分子进行结构修饰,采用高效液相色谱法和薄层层析法进行检测,并将衍生物与载体蛋白牛血清白蛋白进行偶联,设计人工抗原,通过紫外分光光度法、SDS-PAGE和ELISA试剂盒分析偶联结果。结果显示,成功得到了DON-BSA,偶联物中DON浓度为0.797μg/μL。

Abstract:Deoxynivalenol(DON) molecular structure was modified with succinic anhydride(SA) method in this study.HPLC and TLC were used to determine the product.The derivative and carrier protein BSA were coupled to develop artificial antigen.The conjugate was analyzed with ultraviolet spectrophotometry,SDS-PAGE and ELISA kit for DON.The result showed that DON artificial antigen was obtained and the content of DON in DON-BSA was 0.797 μg/μL.
