| 摘 要： | 介绍了苜蓿Medicago sativa的营养特性，重点论述了苜蓿在畜禽鱼饲料中的应用。苜蓿产品属于高蛋白、低消化能（粗纤维含量高）饲料，以适当比例添加到畜禽日粮中，可以显著提高其生产性能，改善肉、蛋的品质；苜蓿还可替代乳牛部分精料，提高乳脂率而不影响乳产量。但是，苜蓿草产品在肉牛饲养中应用较少，且苜蓿草产品单一，研究较注重苜蓿草粉，鲜草和由苜蓿加工制作的草颗粒、草块应用研究很少，在一定程度上限制了苜蓿产业的发展，应开发、采用新工艺加工草产品，降低生产成本，进一步研究苜蓿各类产品在畜禽饲料中的应用，为生产实践提供更准确、科学的依据。
