摘    要:以研究不同基因型亚麻形态发生过程生理生化特性为目的,采用蒽酮法、考马斯亮蓝法、高锰酸钾滴定法、NBT光还原法和愈创木酚法等方法分别测定可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、核酸等内容物及抗氧化物酶CAT、SOD和POD酶活性变化,探讨其形态发生过程生理生化变化规律。结果表明,在2个品种亚麻各生育阶段中,可溶性糖的峰值出现在无菌苗中;不定芽出现之前蛋白质含量呈上升趋势,当分化出不定芽之后,蛋白质呈下降趋势;核酸含量的变化与细胞分化和器官的形成有密切关系;胚性愈伤中的CAT、POD、可溶性蛋白、核酸和可溶性糖含量均高于非胚性愈伤组织,这些物质含量和组分的变化与胚性的维持和细胞的旺盛分裂分化有关;SOD在无菌苗和不定芽期含量高,初始愈伤组织中的含量是最低的,与其抗氧化能力密切相关。可溶性糖、蛋白、核酸以及抗氧化酶CAT、SOD和POD活性变化与之生长阶段和生理状态相适应。

Abstract:Abstract In order to explore the physiological and biochemical change law during morphogenesis process of flax, some matters like soluble sugar, soluble protein, nucleic acid, etc. and activity changes of anti-oxidation enzymes CAT, SOD and POD during the morphogenesis process of flax in different genotypes were studied. The results showed that in each stage of the two flax varieties, contents of CAT, POD, soluble protein, nucleic acid and soluble sugar in embryogenic callus were all higher than those in non-embryogenic callus, furthermore changes in contents and components of above matters were related to the embryogenic maintenance and the vigorous segmentation and differentiation of cell; While the content of SOD was high in aseptic seedlings and adventitious buds, but lowest in initial callus, which was closely related to the antioxidant capacity of SOD.
