黄花苜蓿光合蒸腾日变化特征及其与环境因子的关系

摘    要:在盆栽条件下,对一年龄黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)叶片光合蒸腾特征和光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气CO2浓度(Ca)、空气相对湿度(RH)、空气温度(Ta)等环境因子的日变化进行测定,并采用相关系数、偏相关系数和逐步回归方法分析了黄花苜蓿光合蒸腾特性日变化与环境因子的关系。结果表明,光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化均呈单峰曲线,12:00左右达到峰值,并且没有光合午休现象。Pn和Tr与PAR之间呈极显著正相关,与其它环境因子相关不显著,这说明对光合蒸腾特征起决定作用的环境因子是PAR。
