摘    要:以辽宁省主栽品种为试材,以减产程度对品种耐旱性进行强、中、弱分类,研究了节水栽培对不同抗旱类型品种稻米品质的影响。结果表明,在节水栽培时,总体而言.稻米的整精米率、长宽比降低;强耐旱品种AC%升高,不耐旱品种AC%降低;垩白粒率与垩白面积的变化较复杂,不同抗旱类型间及同一类型内品种间均存在增减变化。GT与GC在不同品种间无一致性反应,并且平均变幅较小。

Abstract:According to the degrees of yield decrease of the main cultivation in Liaoning Provlimce, varieties the drought-resistant character of rice was classified into high, middle and low groups, the effect of water-saving cultivation on the rice quality of different drought-resistant varieties was studied. The results indicated that under water-saving cultivation ratio of head milled rice and ratio between length and width decreased; AC% of high drought-resistant variety increased, and AC% of non-drought resistance decreased; The changes in ratio of chalkiness and chalkiness area were very complicated. Changes of GT and GC were not regular, with little, change in average.
