淫羊藿有效成分提取工艺的优化

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,以淫羊藿苷含量为指标。以加水量、浸泡时间、提取次数、提取时间为因子对淫羊藿有效成分提取工艺进行了优选。结果表明:淫羊藿有效成分最佳提取工艺为浸泡12h,12倍水量,提取3次,每提取lh,提取率可达8.90%。

Abstract:With the compositions of total flavones as indices, with water-adding amount, soaking time, extracting times and extracting time as factors, the optimum process of extracting effective compositions of Herba epimdii was studied by means of orthogonal test. The results indicated that the optimum preparation process for effective compositions of Herba epimdii is as follows: 12 hours of soaking, 12 times of water-adding amount, 3 times of extraction and 1 hour per time. In this case, extraction rate can reach 8.90 % .
