| 摘 要： | 城市森林是最具生命活力的城市基础设施,具有不可替代的最大生态效益,建设城市森林,改善生态状况,是城市可持续发展的重要基础,是生态文明、生态安全、生态建设在城市中的最高体现,也是科学发展观对城市生态环境建设的必然要求。通过对森林城市建设和洛阳林业生态文明建设的关系的简要分析,阐述了森林城市建设在林业生态文明建设中的地位。

| Abstract: | Urban forest is the most vitality of the urban infrastructure,with the greatest ecological benefits can not be replaced,the building of urban forest and improve the ecological situation is an important basis for sustainable urban development,ecological civilization,ecological security,ecological construction in the cities the highest expression,but also the scientific concept of development to the urban ecological environment construction imperative.In this paper,the forest of urban construction and forestry ecological civilization construction in Luoyang has done a brief analysis of the relationship. |
